“Hexagonal Shape”&“Cone Back” are our Technique (patented)!
The hexagonal shape and conical underside are critical design features. Not only do they increase the effective friction diameter where the washer contacts the floor surface firmly, but also significantly enhance the friction coefficient compared to a flat washer.
Bolzero Washer will solves all co-rotation problems.
No need for expensive jigs to prevent co-rotation.
This is a great anti-loosening washer, but the bolt head may co-rotate with it when tightening. Using our non-rotation washer (=Bolzero Washer) on the bolt head will prevent this co-rotate.
This is a great anti-loosening nut, but the bolt head may co-rotate along with vibration. Using our non-rotation washer (=Bolzero Washer) on the bolt head will prevent this co-rotate.

Products like vibration-proof nuts, anti-loosening nuts, and washers designed to keep nuts tight are available in the market, but they are meaningless if the bolt head rotates. In vibration tests, even if the nut is secured with anti-co-rotation measures and does not loosen, the bolt head can still rotate, causing the bolt to loosen. This is a fact, and it inevitably occurs under vibration. In other words, preventing the nut from loosening and preventing the bolt from loosening are two separate issues. By applying with Bolzero Washer to the bolt head, you can prevent loosening the entire system of bolt-fastening.
“Bolzero Washer” will solve this problem everything.
Seating surface of the nut (or Bolt head) T1=F1×r
Seating surface of the washer to the floor T2=F2×R
As F1=F2 →T1 < T2
A(40%)
Equivalent turning-torque accruing from the friction between the threads
B(50%)
Equivalent turning-torque accruing from the friction between the Seating surface
C(75% or over)
Equivalent cling-torque to the floor by Bolzero washer
C=B×(Effective friction diameter of the washer÷Effective friction diameter of the bolt head)
=B×1.5(Designed to be 1.5 or over)
C÷A≒1.88 or over(nearly twice)
The torque required to keep the washer firmly anchored to the floor and prevent co-rotation with the nut is nearly twice the torque required for the nut to turn the bolt during tightening. The principle is therefore that the washer will never co-rotate.
