１．When the nut is tightened, the ball in the nut automatically moves to the deepest part of the groove, and the bottom of the nut and the top of the ball gets flush mutually. Accordingly, no gaps are created between the floor and the nut, and the tightening tension remains unaffected.
２．If the nut begins to loosen due to vibration and moves counterclockwise, the ball shifts to the right, activating its wedge function and preventing the nut from rotating (loosening). During this process, there is almost no backlash (i.e. no movement of the nut).
Features and Usage Notes
⑴Don’t need excessive torque: This product leverages the “rotational friction” of the ball, so you don’t need excessive torque to loosen it. It’s designed to loosen with 105–110% of the tightening torque. No special tools are required.
⑵No torque limitations: You can use any fastening tools available to tighten like: manual tools, power tools, or impact wrenches.
⑶Reusable design: the nut can be reused up to around 10 times or more.
Important Notes
If frequent tightening and loosening are required, opt for the Bol’lock Washer to avoid damaging the surface beneath. It incorporates a non-rotation mechanism that ensures the surface remains intact.

Did you know about....? Anti-loosening measures must also be applied to the bolt head.
Even if an anti-loosening nut is used, the bolt will inevitably loosen if the bolt head rotates along with it.
In case of Wedge-lock Washer
